At YogaBinds, we want every student to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we offer the following refund options.
If you have not attended any of the three classes included in the introductory offer, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once you have attended one or more classes, the introductory offer is non-refundable.
Individual class payments are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.

Please include your name, email address used for booking, and the details of your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of misuse, repeated cancellations, or fraudulent activity.
This refund policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the ACL, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
