FAQs.

Not at all. YogaBinds welcomes everyone, whether you've never stepped on a mat or you've been practising for years. Classes are taught with patience and care, and every pose can be modified to suit your body and your level. All you need to bring is an open mind.

I teach traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga. Hatha focuses on holding poses with intention, Vinyasa links breath to movement in a flowing sequence, and Restorative is a gentle, supported practice designed to help you deeply relax and recover.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. I have some mats and props (blocks, straps) available at the centre, but please bring your own mat. Having your own mat builds a personal connection with your practice, it becomes a familiar, comfortable space that's uniquely yours, and you'll find it easier to focus when you're on a mat your body knows. It's also the more hygienic choice, especially for poses where your face is close to the mat. A water bottle and a hand towel is always a good idea, and please avoid heavy meals at least an hour before class.

YogaBinds classes are held at Picnic Point Preschool & Child Care Centre, 134 Picnic Point Rd, Picnic Point NSW 2213. It's a peaceful community space with easy street parking.

You can book directly through the website at yogabinds.com. Simply choose an available session, complete payment, and you're in. It's that easy.

Life happens, please refer to our refund policy on the website for full details. I try to keep things fair and flexible.

Yoga can be wonderfully therapeutic, but please let me know about any injuries or conditions before class so I can offer modifications. If you're unsure, it's always worth checking with your doctor first.
